| HISTORY Bi-County Fuels, Inc. is a family owned business, started in 1967 by Joseph and Cynthia Evans. The business was founded and built on the premise that if you take good care of your customers, your customers will take good care of you. Chalfont, Pennsylvania is our home base for serving the Bucks and Montgomery County area. The business began as a fuel oil delivery company and over the years has expanded to include full service Home Heating, Plumbing and Air Conditioning service. The business is currently owned and operated by Robert Stevenson and Bill Evans. Bob has over 40 years of experience in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning installation and serves as the company President and Service Manager. Bill has over 30 years experience with the company and is the Vice President and Sales/Customer Service Manager. What sets us apart from the competition is our well trained staff and commitment to service. All of our service technicians have completed training programs that qualify them as Master Technicians for the servicing of oil fired equipment. Master plumbers are also an important part of our staff.
